Micropath laboratory has been started in the year 2004 by a learned and skilled MD Pathologist and MD Microbiologist. The basic aim was to start a laboratory which will help in the diagnosis of the patient by its testing accuracy and quality.
With this aim no compromise was done in acquiring latest technology by adding new machines from different parts of the world with timely upgrade as per current trends.
Micropath has dedicated sections for Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Serology, Hormone Assays and Tumor Markers whitch in toto help the treating Physicians and Surgeons to early arrive at a definitive diagnosis of the patient.
A dedicated Histopathology department is introduced with the start of the laboratory adding early and accurate diagnosis of Cancerous and Non-Cancerous lesions in the Tissues and Aspirated fluids.
We have a team of well trained, skilled and loving Technicians working seamlessly for accurate testing.
Uniqueness of Micropath Laboratory is its specialised Microbiology department. It's the first laboratory in and around Kolhapur district which diagnoses the causative agents of diseases and giving accurate antibiotic solution to treat the patients. The increasing stay of the patients in the hospitals and morbidity because of resistant bacteria was taken care of at large extent.
